If the machine is empty, it runs a minimal 13-litre cleaning cycle. With a full load, it automatically shifts to a full 23-litre cycle. This means no overuse, no wasted resources – just efficient, tailored performance for every cycle.

What is SmartFlowTM Technology?Vernacare invented SmartFlowTM technology to protect the environment and the healthcare facility. Our unique ‘closed-drum’ system ensures that all waste placed into our machines is fully broken down before being released into the wastewater system.

Upon discharge, when crushed and disintegrated by the macerator, the Vernacare pulp decomposes into particles, 95% of which are less than 1mm and are easily transported by the sewage pipes to the wastewater treatment plants (which is the same consistency as toilet paper). Studies have proven our discharge flow rate is 4x faster than any of our competitors.
